My name is Ana-Livia Costache

I have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and experience working with individuals, children, teenagers and couples. I would like to let me guide you through different processes of reconnecting with yourself, understanding your path in life, overcoming challenges in your everyday life, going through an overwhelming period, wanting to communicate better with your partner, approaching burnout, or experiencing high levels of anxiety or depression.

As a clinical psychologist and counsellor, I specialize in experiential therapy for individuals, couples, and teenagers.

With a focus on personal growth and emotional well-being, I am dedicated to guiding you through your unique journey towards inner harmony and resilience.
